Shipping & Returns
Delivery Areas
We deliver mainly to countries in the Eurozone, the Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Iceland), Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
(*We currently do not deliver to the United States due to the complicated customs situation caused by tariffs introduced during the Trump administration. Once the situation stabilizes, we plan to open shipping to the United States.)
Order Confirmation and Address Changes
Once an order is confirmed, the shipping address provided by the Buyer can no longer be changed. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for undeliverable parcels caused by incorrect address information. Post Office Boxes are not accepted as valid shipping addresses.
Delivery Services
Standard international shipping via Japan Post will be used. All parcels come with a tracking number. Depending on the local postal or courier service policies, parcels may be left at the delivery location if no one is available at the time of delivery.
Please note that some local postal or courier services may leave parcels unattended at the delivery location if no one is available at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or theft resulting from such unattended deliveries.

Delivery Charges
A flat shipping fee of 9.99 euros.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. The following are general estimates:
• Europe: 13 to 19 days*
• Nordic countries: 13 to 15 days*
• Switzerland: 13 to 15 days*
• Canada: 13 to 15 days*
• Australia: 13 to 15 days*
• New Zealand: 15 to 17 days*
*Delivery times are counted from the day the parcel is handed over to the carrier. *Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours on weekdays.
*Unexpected delays may occur due to customs inspections, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Customs Duties and Taxes
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that any local customs duties, VAT, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer upon receipt of the goods. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices paid at checkout. Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt, and in its original, unopened, and unused condition, exactly as it was received.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are granted if the returned product meets our return policy.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after approval. The Buyer will be refunded the product cost only. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact our customer service at customersupport@jpnfishingtackle.com We will review each case individually. If we determine that the product was damaged, defective, or missing, we will offer a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
